We analyzed this problem , there have 2 situations met the issue :
Solutions : Please open the back case , check the TF card whether insert well or not , you can take out the TF card , and insert well again
Solutions : Please take out the TF card from the main unit , download the latest software into the card , then insert the card to the device test it , if the issue is the software , it can work after you download the new software ; But if the problem still exist , the problem must be the TF card , then you need change the new TF card for the device
Usually , most of our customers met this problem is because the TF card was loosen , just need insert the card well , then the MCT500 scanner can work again .

choose”set up”to install the softwarealldata .

open the file”AllData.10.52_Crack.only” as picture:
copy the file”ace”.press right key of ALLDATA logo on computer. choose”properties”,choose”open file location”
then paste in this file,here choose”copy and replace”.then the software has been finish.
Now you can use ALLDATA now.

now we need to add databse.add dm and imp.dm1 is”H:\01.alldata 10.53\DM01Q313″.so we choose h.
and copy.and the paste.you need choose”enable data caching”
then we add DM. DM TOTAL has 01-16,we need add one by one,.from dm1 to dm16.
watch my step.now add imp file. it is has imp01-imp70.watch my step.also need from 01-70.one by one.
you must add one by one,from imp01-imp70.i skip this.you can add yourself.
after all add,.check ok.and then you can free to use the software now

1. “MDI DOES NOT PASS SELF TEST”
If you meet this problem, it indicates that there is an internal problem in the MDI, you need to connect the MDI to a PC by using the USB and do the software recovery procedure or you can contact your local customer support center for help.
2. “MDI ERROR LED LIGHTS AFTER POWER ON”
This condition indicates that during power on, there has detected a problem. And the solution is to power down the MDI and verify that it has the same problem after you power up again, then connect the MDI to a PC by using the USB and do the software recovery process. Ask your local customer support center is ok.
3. “MDI FAILS TO POWER UP”
Normally speaking, Once the external power is applied,the MDI should power up. If the MDI does not turn on, the first thing you need to do is to check the wall plug or power cable connections. Then try to supply power to the MDI from the two different power sources, the vehicle DLC connector and the AC 12-volt Adapter.
To solve this problem, you need to check and make sure that the cables are all attached to the MDI securely and the connector pins are all clean. If you are going to connect to the vehicle DLC connector, try to power from the AC 12-volt Adapter. And if you are going to connect to the AC 12-volt Adapter, you should try to power from the vehicle DLC connector. If your MDI still can’t power up, then you may have a problem with your MDI, you’d better contact with your local support center.
4. “MDI TURNS OFF IMMEDIATELY WHEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE VEHICLE”
Actually, after it is disconnected form the vehicle, the MDI should stay on for a factory set time unless you press the power button. If the MDI turns off immediately once you disconnected it from the vehicle, you should power up the MDI and verify that it has the same problem when the power is removed, then replace the batteries and make sure they are properly installed. After these operation, if it still fails to be off correctly, your MDI may be damaged.

I was able to program the second key to my Jeep. You are amazing and I cannot thank you enough. Here is what I did on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler:
Situation: My Jeep came with only ONE key and I wanted a second key.
You must have Witech 16.05.15 or older installed. Witech 17 gave me errors about requiring Witech 2.0.
First try: (Failed, did not work)
Step 1) No key in the ignition, plugged in wiTECH Micropod 2 to OBDII port.
Step 2) Connected Micropod 2 to laptop via USB cable.
Step 3) Opened Witech and it asked me to identify my Jeep and enter my VIN.
FAILED at this point. It required internet connection to validate the VIN and asked me to log into Dealer CONNECT or Tech Authority.
Second try (SUCCESS!!)
Step 1) No key in the ignition, plugged in Micropod 2 to OBDII port.
Step 2) Put my single good key in the ignition and put it to the RUN position.
Step 3) Connected Micropod 2 to laptop via USB cable.
Step 4) Opened Witech and left it offline.
Step 5) Opened WCM, then Misc. Functions, then Program FOBIK
Step 6) Entered my dealer supplied PIN.
Step 7) Removed old key and inserted new key.
Step 8) Be happy I now have two working keys to my Jeep.

If the DBS connector fails to connect to the tablet, or you need to manually do a “firmware fix” then follow these instructions to ensure the latest version of firmware is currently installed on the DBS connector
1. Open the” Launch X431″ app
2. Tap the top left “three white lines” icon to open the side menu
3. Click on the Profile tab and then “Firmware Fix”
4. Firmware Fix screen will prompt instructions
5. Make sure DBS connector is connected to a vehicle with sufficient battery power
6. Firmware fix should have completed successfully

In the car industry，Volvo’s security system is relatively tight. In the past, due to technical problems, it is extremely difficult to key program a Volvo XC60 smart key, the only way is resort to 4S shop, while the cost is terribly high.
Now, Lonsdor K518ISE can do it too, user no longer have to go to 4S shop and suffer the high cost, simply use K518ISE, which is for now the best Volvo key programming equipment.
Before key programming Volvo XC60, you need to read the security data of two modules, then directly OBD to add key (add key and all keys lost are in the same way)
1. CEM module (behind the storage box of co-pilot)
2. KVM module (right side of the trunk)
There are two kinds of smart keys: 5 keys and 6 keys, both are 433 frequencies.
For 5 keys, before key programming, dismantle the CEM module and read the security data to backup.
For 6 keys, before key programming, dismantle both the CEM and KVM modules and read the security data to backup.
When reading CEM and KVM security data to backup, you need to use accessories of the adapter, RN-01 and FS-01 probe board.
Note: First time to use the adapter, you need to bind it with K518ISE. Go to the K518ISE home page and choose “Settings -> Binding adapter”, following the direction to finish binding.
One K518ISE host can bind up to 5 adapters, and the bound adapter can not be bound to other K518ISE hosts. Once bound, no need to bind again.
Read CEM security data:
1. Volvo’s CEM are located under the co-pilot airbag on the left, remove the debris box, the new/old CEM box look the same, but with different circuits)
Read CEM data with RN-01 board, connect K518ISE host, adapter, and RN-01 board as below:
2. For the old version, when opening the lid, in the back of the circuit board, please pay attention to the black column with blue circles, which are the four positioning points that need to match stably with the white column of RN-01 board.
Note: The circuit board is coated with insulating glue, it is required to use the washing plate water to wash off the blue area of the insulation coating in the contact point (solder joint) , or power can not go through , if the needle of RN-01 board is broken, it will need to wire in the corresponding locations.
For the new version, the circuit is different, which requires to wire to read the immodata, please refer to following guide to wire data:
Note: Connect power to read the data, it is needed to separate RN-01 board to the motherboard to prevent conduction; it is recommended that welding line should not exceed 15cm.
Read KVM security data:
Volvo’s KVM modules are located after the rear box, in the upside of the right rear wheel position(for 16 S60L car, it is recommended to dismantle from the right rear door to the wheel direction);
1. After opening the module cover, it is firstly needed to use the washing plate water to wash off the blue area of the insulation coating, or power can not go through.
2. Read KVM data with FS-01 board, below the positions in red circle are the 8-pin insertion points of FS-01 board:

Part of the failures in Volvo KVM data reading are because the chip model is different, then please do as below:
（1）Use programmer to read out the data (.bin file);
（2）Please contact and send the EEPROM data to K518ISE after-sales service, the engineers will convert the data into a dedicated file;
（3）Connect K518ISE with computer and put the dedicated file into” file —> feature_35” folder;
（4）Keep following the operation to select the KVM data from the process.
1. For 6 keys, during operation, you need to first insert the key into the key slot and then operate according to the directions.
2. For key recognition failure, please make sure the smart key is not locked, as locked key can not be programmed, the fresh new key generally will not be locked.
3. K518ISE has identification & unlock functions, which will test and identify whether a key is an unused one. If the remote control is invalid after the key is programmed (on condition that the battery is well installed and the remote control frequency is correct), try to import the CEM security data to unlock the key and then program again.
Note: Only the key of this car or corresponding car can be unlock after reading the CEM security data.
4. When installing Volvo battery, please note that the two batteries are placed in an overlap way and separated by a white paper in the middle, so please do not just replace the above one.
Dismantling is also very simple, just remove the metal key, and gently pry with a not so sharp knife in the same place where the metal key lies.
