This post will share the guide to register (activate) and update XTOOL A80 Pro<\/a> (H6 Pro) diagnostic tool for the users who use this XTOOL tablet at the first time.<\/p>\n

Main operation guide:<\/strong>
\nThe device used below is XTOOL H6 Pro, but the guide also applies to A80 Pro.
\nFirst, turn on the XTOOL tablet.
\nWhen you receive the device, you will have some charge in the actual tablet, you can connect it to the main power.
\nYou\u2019ve got to have your WIFI network ready and as you see that little Ferrari rolls up then you know you\u2019re in business.<\/p>\n

Then go to hit \u201cSTART TO ACTIVATE\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

If it says \u201cThe current network is not connected, click the \u201cOK\u201d button to connect to the WIFI network\u201d, just click \u201cOK\u201d to continue.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then it will show what WIFI networks are available, just choose one network to set up for device upgrade.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

After that, hit \u201cSTART TO ACTIVATE\u201d again.<\/p>\n

Put your company name &email address, and click \u201cOK\u201d.<\/p>\n

When the device has been activated (registered), it will show \u201csucceed\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Next, go to the main screen by hitting the little van button.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a brand new device and need to update all applications and download all software.<\/p>\n

Click \u201cApp Update\u201d and then click \u201cInstall\u201d when it prompts you to install an update to the existing application.<\/p>\n

Once the App is installed, click \u201cDONE\u201d or \u201cOPEN\u201d is ok.<\/p>\n

When click \u201cOPEN\u201d, you can enter the main menu again, it\u2019s the latest version, so click \u201cUpdate\u201d<\/p>\n

Note: The wifi network should be connected during the update process.<\/p>\n

It will make the device fully up- to- date and usable. It\u2019s very important you do this when you buy the device because it won\u2019t have all latest software. If it\u2019s a European version, it will download all EU software, just click \u201cUpdate all\u201d to download and install all software.<\/p>\n

All software is up to date.<\/p>\n

If come back to the main menu and go into the update again, it will connect again to the server which is good practice to do because there\u2019s so many frequent updates and sometimes when you\u2019re updating another update will just come out.<\/p>\n

When it\u2019s your first time to do this, the full update would take about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

After the update is completed, return to the main menu, and go to \u201cDiagnosis\u201d function, then you can see all menus have already got.<\/p>\n
