Q4: How to reset the tablet?
\nResetting may cause data loss. Before doing so, please make sure important data and information has been backed up.<\/p>\n

Do the following to reset the tablet:
\n1. Tap \u201cSettings\u201d -> \u201cBack & Reset\u201d.
\n2. Tap \u201cFactory data reset\u201d.
\n3. Tap \u201cReset tablet\u201d.
\n4. Tap \u201cClear all data\u201d to start resetting until the tool automatically reboots.<\/p>\n

Q5: How to download the X-431 PRO3 V4.0 App after resetting the tablet?
\nImportant Message: Before registration, please make sure the network is properlyconnected.
\nAfter the tablet has been successfully reset, follow the steps below to download the App:
\n1. Launch the browser and the default official Launch website opens (If a blank page pops up, just type in www.x431.com in the input bar).
\n2. Tap \u201cLogin\u201d, input the username and password and tap \u201cLog In.\u201d
\n3. Make sure that the serial number is correct, tap \u201cAPP application program\u201d and tap the Download icon to start downloading.
\n4. After the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
\n5. After installation, use the existing username and password to login and go to update center to download the diagnostic software.<\/p>\n

Q6: What to do if the language of vehicle diagnostic software does not match the system language?
\nEnglish is the default system language of the tool. After the system language is set to the preference language, please go to the update center to download the vehicle diagnostic software of the corresponding language.
