Recently , there have some customers met the problem \u201c\u00a0Please Insert TF Card \u201d for MCT-500<\/a> MCT500 Motor scanner after used it one period time . Like the picture display :<\/p>\n

We analyzed this problem , there have 2 situations met the issue :<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The TF card from the main unit didnt insert well <\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Solutions : Please open the back case , check the TF card whether insert well or not , you can take out the TF card , and insert well again<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    1. The TF card was damaged or the software from the TF card damaged <\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Solutions : Please take out the TF card from the main unit , download the latest software into the card , then insert the card to the device test it , if the issue is the software , it can work after you download the new software ; But if the problem still exist , the problem must be the TF card , then you need change the new TF card for the device<\/p>\n

      Usually , most of our customers met this problem is because the TF card was loosen , just need insert the card well , then the MCT500 scanner can work again .<\/p>\n
