\nYou need to connect the gray connector to the network cable and then connect it to the computer.
\nIt will not work if you connect the computer directly with the network cable.<\/p>\n

Regarding the charger problem, the engineer said that if you connect it too many times, the contact points of the connector will loosen.
\nYou can use a tool to clamp the two contact points a little tighter.<\/p>\n
