\nHard Disk for\u00a0Mb Star C3<\/a> 2012.11 external HDD Format works together with MB Star. It can used on computer with windows xp computer. Your computer need have serial port.

\nQ: the system of MB star 2012.11 with moveable hard disk says no communication between the computer and comports
\nA: the COM port number has to be set as com port1
\nQ: all systems are activated, but every time I open the software, it asks me again input star key.
\nA: When the first time you input the star key, you have to click \u201csave\u201d, and set the \u201clic-key-2 Properties\u201d Read only.
\nQ: MB star system prompts \u201cNo access authorization code, please contact the star diagnosis call center.\u201d
\nA: Because the user hasn\u2019t active the software, or not active successful, please provide the seller ID to help active.
\nQ: MB star system says \u201cinvalidate\u201d how to do?
\nA: solution one: send us again the HW-ID, Lan-id, we help you active;
\nsolution two: set the computer time the same as that of MB star version, for example: if MB star software is 2012.05, set the computer time to between 2012.05.01 and 2012.05.31.
\nQ: I have one MB star 2012.11 with moveable hard disk, and when I run DAS, it says \u201cMB star dongle not found! Please insert the USB Dongle!\u201d
\nA: Just check the VM settings, please tick before USB key, please set like this: Removable Devices-USBkey-Show in Status Bar
\nQ: DAS, WIS.NET, EPC.NET and Staruilities run well, but MB star says \u201cthere are no developer model in the driver\u201d.
\nA: enter DAS, then press F2 F2 F2, select cars, finally you can see F2.
\nQ: I forgot\u00a0 MB star password for update, how to find back?
