2. Select Service<\/b>, then Monitoring System<\/b> menu.<\/p>\n

3. Just to make sure, before setting up the Monitoring System, need to set “Unlocked” on Monitoring System Configuration Access, through menu “Service” then “Parameter Lockout”.<\/p>\n

4. Back to Monitoring System, click on “Engine Overspeed”. Change the Monitor System for Engine Speed, by editing on Trip Point (RPM): 1800-2600 RPM.<\/p>\n

4. For example: set Trip Point to 1800 RPM, then try to testing the Engine Overspeed while engine is running. When Engine RPM reached 1800 RPM, the Engine should be shutdown suddenly (the ECM will activated the ASO valve or Injection Disabled and Engine Overspeed Shutdown on Status Flags), with Event Code: SPN190 – FMI0 (E362 – Engine Overspeed Shutdown).<\/p>\n

And when the Engine speed reached 1100 (rpm), the Engine\u00a0should be shutdown suddenly (the ECM will activated the Air Shutoff\/ASO Valve or Injection Disabled<\/b> and Engine Overspeed Shutdown E362 (3)\u00a0<\/b>on Status Flags, with Event Code: SPN 190 – FMI 0<\/b>, refer to Figure 1.1 above.
