\n1. Install EST-2016C v1.0 Full Support, download here: EST 2016C v1.0-E1.exe<\/a>
\n2. Copy and replace “Comet.exe” and “CometDLL”.dll in the installed directory C:\\Program Files (or Program Files x86)\\Common Files\\Offboard<\/p>\n

Information Products\\2016C\\Comet
\n3. Copy and replace “CometDLL.dll” and “FlashServer.dll” in the installed directory C:\\Program Files (or Program Files x86)\\Common Files\\Offboard Information Products\\2016C\\Flash download here: Perkins 2016c Files<\/a>
\n4. On drive C:\/\/, create folder with name “flexlm”
\n5. Add Environment Variable,
\ncatlmd_LICENSE_FILE (name)
\nC:\\flexlm\\license.dat (value)
\n-or just Install SET Environment Variables, download here: SET Environment Variables.zip<\/a>
\n6. Run Command Prompt: “ipconfig\/all”,and copy “Mac Address” or Ethernet Adapter LAN, save to Notepad and send to my email.<\/p>\n
