Question: System halts when reading data stream. What is the reason?
\nAnswer: It may be caused by a slackened connector. Please turn off the machine, firmly connect the connector, and swich on the machine again.<\/p>\n

Question: Why is the\u00a0Launch X431 GX3<\/a> scanner screen inactive when the cross cursor is clicked during screen calibration?
\nAnswer: You may have touched the launch gx3 tool screen when the system is detecing noise before the cross cursor appears. Please turn off the launch launch x-431 GX3 scanner machine and then trun off the machine and then turn on. Calibrate the screen after the cross cursor appears.<\/p>\n

Question: Why is the x-431 GX3 tool machine automatically powered off during standby?
\nAnswer: It is because the machine has been set for energy saving. Automatic shutdown will take place if the machine is not operated for a specified period of time. Refer to the section ” Power management” in User’s Manual to set the “power off time” to ” None” or Select a longer standy time.\u00a0 launch X431 diagun
\nQuestion: Why can’t the tested result be printed out?
\nAnswer: There may be no paper in the printer or the printer in the machine GX3 scanner tool. Please mount a roll of new paper. See the section” Printer Operation” in the X431 GX3<\/a>\u00a0 scanner User’s Manual.<\/p>\n

Question: Why is there no character in the printed-paper?
\nAnswer: The paper is mounted reversely. Please take out the paper and mount it again. See the section” printer Operation” in the GX3 tool User’s Manual<\/p>\n

Question: The x431 GX3 scanner displayed information cannot be seen clearly when the ambient light is not good. What should I do?
\nAnswer: There is a Icon at the lower right corner of the Launch x431 gx3 master<\/a> screen. Click it to turn on the backlight so as to see the x-431 GX3 tool displayed information clearly. Click the icon again for turning off the backlight.Launch X431 Master<\/p>\n

Question: Why can’t I input data after activating Soft Keyboard?
