\n3.About online programming, V2020.06 MB SD C4 Xentry software doesn\u2019t support. You\u2019d better use V2019.9 Xentry software.<\/p>\n

V2020.06 MB Star Diagnostic Xentry software FAQ:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q: Which computer operating system can support MB SD C4 Xentry software?
\nA: Our MB SD Connect C4, MB Star C5<\/a> full package incl. hard disk.<\/p>\n

Q: When connecting HDD with computer, it will flashback and appear blue screen.
\nA: Please change the hard drive to AHCI mode.<\/p>\n

Q: When open Xentry software, it prompts the software has not been authorized yet.
\nA: According to the prompt message, it means that the software doesn\u2019t activate.<\/p>\n

Q: LAN-ID cannot display in EPC and WIS.
\nA: Please delete the virtual network interface card in device manager option.<\/p>\n

Note:
\n1.The computer date must be changed to current date and time, otherwise it will prompt the WIS\/EPC authorization cannot access.
\n2.You should use IE browser to open the EWA system. Don\u2019t change to other browsers such as Google or Firefox. Once you change, the EWA software will not open successfully.<\/p>\n

Q: When connect sd connect c4 or C5 with the vehicle, it appears connection error.
\nA: Remember to change IP, otherwise you will always receive the connection error message.<\/p>\n

Q: Some customers will get the data error message \u201cthe data are faulty\u201d when open Xentry software.
\nA: Don\u2019t click upgrade icon, otherwise it will update.<\/p>\n

If the error has appeared, go to change the file name \u201cAddOnCenter.exe\u201d to \u201cAddOnCenter.ex_\u201d, then it will not update automatically. After modifying, restart the computer.<\/p>\n

\nA: 1.Press \u201cWIN+R\u201d keyboard shortcuts to open the run window

Q: Can we activate 06.2020 MB SD C4 Xentry software by ourselves?
\nA: The software before 2020.06 can be activated by yourself, but for the newest Xentry software v06.2020, you need to send both the hardware ID and DTS Monaco ID to eobdtool.co.uk customer service, and they will offer you the corresponding activation file.<\/p>\n

Note: the newest software also has DAS, this software doesn\u2019t need to activate. When you diagnose the old Mercedes, the xentry software will turn to DAS software automatically.<\/p>\n

Q: When you activate 2020.06 MB SD C4 software (incl. item No. SS221-7, SS221-A7, SS221-10 and SS221-A10) and run, sometimes it will show [2221-45] error \u201cNo access authorization for XENTRY Diagnosis was found on the server. Please contact the User Help Desk.\u201d as below.<\/p>\n

A: The main reason for this error is that you use an incorrect keygen. The old keygen (CarProKey & Xentry Developer) cannot be used for Xentry software activation.<\/p>\n

You must use the new keygen (Longkey) to replace, but longkey is not included in V06.2020 MB software<\/a>, so please send Hardware ID to your dealer to activate.<\/p>\n

Q: The e-wa-net cannot boot normally when running V2020.06 MB software, and an error message pops up \u201cCan\u2019t reach this page\u201d.<\/p>\n

A: The possible cause is that EWA server doesn\u2019t start.
