Connect KC501 with power supply in 2 methods.<\/p>\n

1st option: provide power using X100 PAD Elite.<\/p>\n

2nd option: 5V DC power supply to KC501 via USB port.<\/p>\n

When the power is connected, the red light is on.<\/p>\n

The other is 12 DC power supply.<\/p>\n

Here I will use USB cable to connect with KC501 first.<\/p>\n

The left button \u201cFR\u201d is for reading key remote frequency.<\/p>\n

The right button \u201cTR\u201d is for reading transponder ID and chip type.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s read VW key remote frequency first.<\/p>\n

Place the VW key close to the transponder area.<\/p>\n

Press the \u201cFR\u201d button then have the result is 433MHZ.<\/p>\n

Next is to read Range Rover key remote frequency.<\/p>\n

Place the key close to the transponder area.<\/p>\n

Read Audi key remote frequency.<\/p>\n

Place the key close to the transponder area.<\/p>\n

Place the Range Rover key to the vehicle key slot.<\/p>\n
