\nCylinder number:<\/strong> 4
\nDevice:<\/strong> Launch X431 V+<\/a> car scanner<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> this guide is suitable for all TOYOTA models DTC can\u2019t clear.<\/p>\n

Procedures:<\/strong>
\nConnect X431 V+ with the vehicle
\nEnter [Local Diagnose] menu
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nSelect car region (Asian)-> car brand (Toyota)
\nThen you can see the Vehicle Version Information<\/p>\n

Note: Toyota\/Lexus Diagnostic Software V49.60 added the function Read Freeze Frame Data, Brake Pad Replacement, and DPF Regeneration for some car models. Optimized the data stream flash speed.<\/p>\n

\nRead out the vehicle info
\nPlease kindly notice:
\nIf communication abnormality occurs during the test, please ensure whether the vehicle is equipped with other parts.
\nIf other parts are installed, you can try to remove the parts and then perform the test.
\nRead the diagnostic trouble code
\n[Current] means the code is happening
\n[History] means the code is past

\nNote: This ECU controls the detonator for airbag inflation when the crash sensor detects it
\nClear all history code
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nNow there is no history trouble code
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nBut the current code cannot clear
\n\"\"<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Click on [Read Data stream] to check
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nMake sure the sensor is working normally
\nTurn steering wheel
\nThe sensor is working
\n\"\"<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Back to [Show Menu]
\nSelect [Signal Check]<\/p>\n

Note: This function is used to detect each sensor malfunction<\/p>\n

DTCs will be erased if normal operating conditions are confirmed.
\n-The TS terminal on the DLC3 connector will be grounded during this test.
\n\u2013Refer to the repair manual for additional information on the system selected.<\/p>\n

Click \u201cOK\u201d to select the desired function
\n-All signal check or One signal check
\nWhen DTCs are detected, select the desire function and press \u201cOK\u201d to continue

\nSelect [Enter Signal Check and Clear DTCs]
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nPerform the Signal Check operation according to the Repair Manual, then press \u201cOK\u201d
\nConfirm all DTCs, freeze frame data and monitor status will be cleared

\nSignal Check is complete
\nCheck fault report again, there is no trouble code now.
