1.Server computation failed. Error code: 1001<\/strong><\/p>\n

Error:<\/strong><\/p>\n

VW Jetta 2016 AKL, have such a problem. It says \u201cServer computation failed. Please contact the dealer! Error code: 1001\u201d<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

For MQB, IMMO IV and IMMO IV+MQB key programming by IM608\/IM508, first you should update the software version to at least V5.10.<\/p>\n

Then the general steps are:<\/p>\n

VW software installed>>Advanced mode>>Send request>>send the VIN and serial number to the dealer>>Get the PIN code and CS code from the dealer>>Expert mode>>Manual input>>Add key(Key learning)\/All Keys Lost(Make dealer key)<\/p>\n

2.Network busy (#1) \/ Error code: 10008<\/strong><\/p>\n

Error:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Update and read pin code for Peugeot 307 2006, can\u2019t connect to the Autel server. It prompts \u201cNetwork busy (#1)\u201d or \u201cFailed to obtain the server address. Error code: 10008\u201d<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Replace the network<\/p>\n

Go to<\/p>\n

System settings>>(The connected network)>>Modify network<\/p>\n

Check \u201cShow advanced options\u201d and select \u201cStatic\u201d.<\/p>\n

Change \u201cDNS 1\u201d IP address into \u201c8.8.8.8\u201d (Google server default) and save it.<\/p>\n

Then your IM608 will connect to the Autel server automatically.<\/p>\n

3.Failed to read software name<\/strong><\/p>\n

Error:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Toyota Pirus 2014 AKL, using IM608 and APB112 simulator. I connect the APB112 to IM608, but it says \u201cFailed to read software name\u201d.<\/p>\n

Try another Autel APB112 simulator.<\/p>\n

4.Unsupported package<\/strong><\/p>\n
