How to avoid the problem when you use GM Tech2

Many Customers said after bought the gm tech2 when they use it to test car, there are appear some problems :

1. do I need to connect with computer to test the car ?

  A: the gm tech2 no need connect with computer, directly use obdii cable to connect with gm tech2 and connect with car.

2. why there are no information appear in the screen ?

 A: please check your cable is that right connect with tech2 ?

3. When change the software the card its hard to insert .
