Autel error message "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped"

Autel MS908PRO is famouse universal diagnostic tool from Autel , it sold very well on the market , but there have someone who said they have met the error message like "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped" .

So how to do when we have this error issue ? Lets check the solutions from autel support as bellow :

If you get error message "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped" on Maxisys or Maxisys mini tablet, please try the following steps:
1. Connect Maxisys/Maxisys mini to PC via USB cable;
2. Turn on USB storage on the maxisys;
3. Wait for several seconds;
4. Turn off USB storage;
5. Restart the scanner and try again.

And someone other said that : "I have the same problem,It does not work from the beginning, and try the reset, and does not work ,help restore function MAXISYS" 

How can we do next ?  You can check as following :

" setting+apps+MaxiSys+cleardata+clear cache +backup reset+factory data reset ..end "
