Device Installation Process:

After receiving the device, please follow the steps below to install it

1.Please install Teamviwer remote control software on your computer

2.Connect the device host USB cable to the computer

3.Insert the USB KEY that comes with the device into the computer

4.Maintain a good working network

5.Turn on your teamviwer device and send the remote control ID and password to your sales, or send an email to info@padflashr.uk

6.Remote technical staff is online to assist you with installation online.

7.Activation time is

1: CET, UTC+1 11:00-14:00

2: CEST, UTC+2 12:00-15:00

9.Operating system requirements: Currently, WIN7 64 is recommended as the main choice for better stability.  WIN10 is currently under testing, and customers are not recommended to install WIN10 64.  If it is stable, the win10 64 operating system will be released.

Q1: Why I need use this padflash, I already have others chiptuning tools.

Answer1: No one tuner can use one tool cover all protocols, for example, even though you have tool which includes pcr2.1, you cant read it in real test.  But another tool also have pcr2.1, you will get it works on others tool, that's why we need a lot of tools.
