1. Now there is a New version of 1444870_win software on the official website, Please DO NOT install this new software, it will cause the product to not light up and directly damage it !
2. The latest version of the USB driver can not be used ！Please Only Use our CD's USB driver ! Otherwise the product will be damaged!
3. The product can only use the old version of CD software and the driver in the CD, and cannot use the new version of software and USB Driver !
4. The product can be used with the XENTRY program, but only use the USB driver in the CD!
5. If a new version of the software has been installed on the computer, you can only re-install the WIN system, Deleting and uninstalling is invalid, and the computer system must be re-installed。 And then re-install the CD software to connect and operate with the product.
6. The product can only be used on a computer system that has not been connected to the Internet!
If the computer has been connected to the network before, Then disconnect the network, this situation，Now the computer is not available,You can only re-install the computer system！！！disconnect the network, and then use the product device again!
If the customer's computer is connected to the Internet, it will cause problems with the product hardware. can not fix!
