I wanted to know if I can go ONLINE with the Deere Service Advisor or if I can only use it in the OFFLINE mode?
Also, do I need to activate the Windows10 or leave it as is.

Our software only can use offline, if you want online function, you need have online account by yourself.
And about the windows activation, plwase ignore it.
Question 2:
I went online and created a new account but when logging in online to John Deere, I get a screen that says the service is unavailable.

when you use the john deer software, please connect the network, it’s not mean create an online account.
There is account information on the laptop desktop text document, please use this account information to login .
