The issue about C4/C5 software when you do diagnosis

Problem:

I restarted it and then am unable to get into xentry diagnosis. It is asking for a password.

Reply:
xentry software can login without any informaiton, just keep blank is ok.

Problem:

The multiplexer is not connecting to the laptop.

Now I have communication error. I think there is a problem with the com port configuration.

Reply:

Engineer said the laptop needs to set up the IP and then can use the software.
