engineer said that since this truck model is specifically produced by Mercedes Benz in India and not a globally recognized Mercedes truck series, it cannot be determined whether it supports this model.
engineer asked you to try again according to the instructions on the packaging.

this connector only support Benz EURO5, EURO4 and EURO3, other car model does not support

In India we have Euro 4 and Euro 6 vehicles only..
Euro 4 we don’t have any issues related to Adblue

So BharatBenz belongs to EURO 6,the connector does not support it.
