The power supply cable doesnt work, if I shake it turns the tech2 off,I restarted that whole vm since the tech2 still couldn’t connect, I need to work with tis2000 to program my ECM, and then my key

You need to connect the gray connector to the network cable and then connect it to the computer.
It will not work if you connect the computer directly with the network cable.
Regarding the charger problem, the engineer said that if you connect it too many times, the contact points of the connector will loosen.
You can use a tool to clamp the two contact points a little tighter.
