How to solve the ECU connection problem with WABCO software ?

Issue:
I recently buyed WABCO DIAGNOSTIC KIT but I cannot establish connection with ECU

Firstly, pls make sure you have installed the correct software,and then if the 24V CAN yellow light on the diagnostic tool keeps flashing during diagnosis, it means the software is currently using 24V CAN protocol reading. You need to switch this option in the software to 24V. and software can support your machine model
