If you purchased the John Deere hardware with SSD, pls insert the SSD into your laptop as system drive, the hard drive unable to be used as external method.

4.Agree to the Agreement
5.select Jobs directly
6.start a new job
7.all type number 1
8.type your machine model and search it
9.the click use this model directly, no need type other information
10.enter to this page and click Submit
11.Click diagnostic
12.click connect directly, pay attention that pls do not choose the driver manually, otherwise software will not work
If you choose the driver manually, then you will get this error
13.waiting for the software read your machine data
14.then you can get the diagnostic result.
