Problem:
Hey we try to connect to our current cat et3 installed program and do not have any luck, it errors a 134 saying device not recognized, any ideas?

RP1210 Compliant Device – Communications Adapter Error

Is this an error that occurred during the car diagnostics? Could you tell me the machine model and years ?
Problem:
We deleted our 2023 ET and installed the 2019 ET provided with the comm adapter wondering if that was our issue.
we get same result with the 2019 installed as well
we just tried on a CAT 150M grader with same result.

Thanks for your feedback, engineer checked your picture and he said you have changed to the incorrect driver
Pls choose the default driver as picture shows, otherwise software unable to communicate with diagnostic tool.
