Problem:
If you can’t connect properly to ISTA, and ISTA/P isn’t allowing automatic connection to the ICOM. Although the system scans the car, it does not allow the car test to start properly.
It prompts
“Error code API-0006 Access Denied”
Error prompts:
“The programming system could not be initialised. The ISTA installation may be damaged or incorrectly configured. Reinstall ISTA. If problems persist, contact local support.”
Engineer Solution:
The software has been damaged,now wait for the progress bar to reach 100%, then restart the computer, and you can use it.
