Recently many customers reported the problem for Porsche Piwis 3,when they run the software on the car, it shows the error: No VCI connected,pls check the picture:
What is wrong with it?
When our engineer connects the customers’ laptop by remotely,he found they configured VCI in the setting page
So they can’t work the software.It can be solved by our engineer online with teamviewer.
Before shipping out,we set everything for the item,just work it directly.
But Pls note the connection step:
Start the car first,connect piwis 3 adapter to the car,hear a beep,then connect USB cable to the laptop,next run the software on the car
If you buy it with SSD only,then you have to contact us to activate the software first.
