After engineer checking, the software of Xentry on your laptop causing file conflicts and Volvo PTT software was damaged.
Now engineer has reinstalled the software for you.
Before running the tech tool, pls do not forget to right click the STOP and run as an administrator, otherwise the PTT software will be damaged again.
Problem:
your engineer did something and then I could be able to open the Techtool software but after that the software doesn’t recognize the VOCOM 88890300 interface anymore and I cant connect on truck
