Notes on Software Installation–PTT and Xentry Software

Customer Problem:
I have ordered the Volvo Techtool software from your company and I have a problem with it. It keeps giving this kind of information.

engineer said the server is not running, after connecting your laptop remotely, you have installed xentry software and cause software conflicts with volvo software.

Solution:
1.Delete xentry software and we install the ptt software for you again remotely.
2.Do not delete the xentry software, we install the ptt software to your another laptop but you need to pay the extra fee of installation.
