Hello, after checking with engineer, there are 3 reasons that may cause the software to be unusable.
1. The wrong software was installed.
2. The antivirus and firewall may not be turned off.
3. The dongle and hardware were not connected when the software was installed.
Pls install the Pcm tuner software again according to the following steps:
1.Before the software installation, please turn off the antivirus software and firewall .
