Problem:
The car completely off ignition is checked on and when I turned the car on at the end of a test depending on what test I’m doing, it’ll say turn ignition off and when I turn ignition off, it’s still remains checked on, and I cannot continue with that test. 
Reply:
Engineer replied that there is an ignition switch icon on the desktop, and double-clicking it allows you to change the state of the ignition switch.
