I need some help downloading cat sis on my laptop. Can you help? In the instructions it say I have to download, i’ve tried to figure out how to get to it but cant seem to figure it out.

Hello, our hard disk only can be used inserted into your laptop, and software unable to download it to your laptop.
Problem:
I insert it into my laptop but i can’t use it, it won’t me to open it.

Engineer said our hard disk needs to use as system disk, use as local disk(C)
which means you laptop has system disk, you need remove it out and insert into ours.

Problem:
I have inserted the hard disk into my laptop, why xentry software unable to activate ?
Reply:
The hard disk cannot be inserted into the virtual disk for use, needs to use as system disk.
Now software has activated successfully.
