The engineer said there are two situations that can cause the software to fail to read the car
1.you choose wrong truck model,it seems your truck model is on the list of VN58,pls try each car model under the VN58 list.
2.our equipment contains a 120 ohm resistor,software can show the faulty code of your truck,if more data streams need to be read, additional resistors may need to be added
